The Arch is very convenient to the airport, tucked away in a quiet alley. Very warm welcome from staff. Fair priced airport taxi. Simple breakfast. Not much fresh air in room. But one of the better hotels in the neighborhood.

The staff at the Arch are exceptional. Very helpful...I had a problem with my cell phone and Anoop got to the bottom of the problem. The front door man twice ran out of the hotel and down the block to locate my Uber driver who was having a problem finding the hotel.....super fellow.

Adequate for transiting Delhi”
Nothing special, but certainly ok for a place close to the airport, and not far from Delhi Cant’t. Railway Station. It’s just off the main road, but enough that traffic noise isn’t a problem. Bed was ok, and there was enough hot water.

Noisy Place”
All night the staff shout and chat each other with loud voices. Though rooms are clean with good furniture but have no meaning if they are not considering the comfort of the guests in terms of sleep.

Booked hotel arch. Arrived at the hotel only to be taken to another hotel because Arch was full.”
Room smelt of cigarettes. Sheets dirty. Manager pushed a staff member into a wall at reception to intimidate him. Air conditioner was noisy. When I pushed the lift button for level 4 it always went to level 5. Location was a filthy back alley.

Below average hotel, the only plus point is the distance from Delhi Airport. Rooms are not clean, Bedsheets are dirty, staff is lazy, you need to call reception atleast 3 times for every single thing. Food is also not up to the mark and they also does not allow outside food. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
