Where to stay in Palermo
Palermo hotels & accommodations
Hotel was great, huge comfortable bed, breakfast included eggs and fresh fruit. The parking situation needs to be improved. We were directed to park in the car park next door. Normally in Buenos Aires, they take your keys and park the car for you. Not here. We were told there were reserved spaces for Dazzler guests on the ground floor and on the 3rd basement. They wer...
My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, the excellent service which extended throughout the entire stay was on offer. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable (their beds are the kind where you'll wake up wanting to spend more time in) with nice boutique hotel decor. Location is fantastic (in the Palermo area) where restaurants / bars and...
The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean. However, the apartment windows are on the ground floor directly next to the footpath. People walked past all night long yelling, laughing etc. Cars, rubbish trucks emptying the bins outside made it almost impossible to sleep. This noise continued all night, every night. The back door did not close. We re...
I'm going to miss the Bulnes Eco Suites hotel. We stayed here several times in the last month as we traveled around Argentina. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and all the staff are friendly and efficient. The location is great, one block off of Av. Santa Fe in the Palermo district with good shopping, restaurant, and transit all nearby. The breakfast is serve...
This boutique hotel is neither too small nor too large. Staff is friendly and personable. Design is well thought through and elegant. I booked 2 rooms, one of which got upgraded to a suite. Standard rooms are rather smallish, but the suite was ideal. Though small, the rooftop terrace is pleasant in the heat of summer. The hotel's location in Palermo is ideal, within wa...
When i got there, the staff told me that the reservation info they had didn't match my date on my voucher. They could not give me a room in the beginning. However, the staff was very helpful. She was calling and found out that it was a mistake from the central agent. She suggested that i might stay in another hostel and dealt with the issue with Agoda afterwards. I did...
Great location, and overall a great little hotel.
Stayed at The Koten for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and their english was great. The hotel is in a good location to easily walk to the metro and to explore the city on foot. Palermo is a lovely area and there are some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Palermo located, close to bars and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are dusty and toilets aren't clean. Can be loud at night.
This accommodation is a bit confused. It is neither a hotel nor an apartment. It's clean and comfortable though and very close to the nightlife and outlet shops of Buenos Aires. The downside to this place was the reception which was barely there but when it is, it was like dealing with a hormonal teenage girl, you'l never know what mood they are in. If you don't speak ...
We got welcomed by friendly staff and found a clean and elegant boutique hotel set up in an old building of the city. Very high ceilings and windows, and an nice open sky patio. Retro hotel refurbished with a nice touch
I was fairly dubious when booking the room, as it was very cheap. When I arrived at the hotel, the friendly staff helped me with my luggage into a room that far exceeded my expectations. It's definately not 5 star material, but for the price you get a more than adequate lodging. There was even fruit on the table for me. The staff were always happy to help with any quer...
An excellent choice of hotel. Palermo is a superb spot from which to do all your leather shopping. The area restaurants are great, try La Cabrera which is top50 in Latin America. Quick walk to Plaza Italia metro. Great people running the place who are knowledgable and friendly.
Atenea is a rather small hotel with clean rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Reception open from 9pm to 6am but they had security guard during the night if you had a late arrival. The hotel is located in a very nice area, Palermo, with many restaurants around. Walking distance to Metro, 20 minutes.
Great location for early flights from the Jorge Newbury airport. Also located near the restaurant / cafe area of Palermo, with plenty of action nearby ! A great area to stroll around and soak up the atmosphere. the rooms here are well appointed, clean and great value.
Great! i will come back soon. I already knew Palermo and wanted to come back and the experience with Blue Soho was great. The staff was really helpful and the location is just perfect walking distance to everything you want to enjoy an incredible city like BA.
The staff make this place one of the best hotels in BA. The friendly manner, openess to flexibility and great knowledge they each had made our time there amazing. The hotel is in a great spot in Palermo, walking distance to la Cabrera and Don Julio and the facilities are decent. One of the best hotel showers Ive ever used. You should stay here.
We stayed in a Junior King Suite and the room was large, with lots of light coming in from the huge windows. The design is very mordern, plenty of toiletries and free & fast wifi. Location is in Palermo, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Will certainly recommend this hotel!
Very nice, I can only say. Friendly staff, ok room, wich was very big, btw. The neighbourhood is very nice and the prices we paid were ok, too. Chances are high to rebook when having the chance to come back to lovely BA.
loved our stay at this gorgeous boutique style hotel!! staff were lovely and so helpful with everything we needed, they make you feel at home in their gorgeous hotel. they have tea/coffee facilities all day with sandwiches and cake great to relax in the lounge for an afternoon break. close to all the great restaurants, bars and boutique designer stores in palermo soh...
Palermo is safe day and night. I can't say the same about San Telmo. Palermo has a different face at night when cafes open and dot the sidewalks with tables. The lights are beautiful, and vibe is infectious, and the food is very, very good.
a great place to stay, can not recomen this enough. we had a great few days in buenos aires and hotel costa rica was the cherry and the cream on the ice creame.. great interiors and beutiful rooms and common areas. the beds are comfy and rooms with ac and shower and toilet. it has all you need for a good nights sleep.. there are common areas that feels like a int...
Excellent experience, a hotel to include in BA's preferred list when choosing Palermo neighborhood. It's great and centered location together with the quiet ambiance that you get to feel once inside this old Spanish ex convent, made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. The staff very professional and discrete, always ready to help and smile. Excellent breakfast w...
Very nice hotel for the price! Someone is there 24/7 as a security guard/customer service person. Rooms are totally adequate for those just wanting a nice air conditioned room, comfy bed, and good bathroom. Breakfast was good, location is great, and staff are very friendly. I'd definitely stay again.
we stayed in rugantino for one week and came recommended. we had a nice room (no. 7) and really enjoyed our stay. the staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful and really made the difference during our stay. i guess there are many boutique hotels in palermo, but i doubt with such staff. they helped us with recommendations on sightseeing, dining tips and even a...
Sissi Haz has clean rooms on the first and second floor (only narrow stairs, no elevator, so not ideal choice for those with lots of luggage) of the blue German-styled building. But the location can be a serious issue for travellers. Although a hip neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants, Palermo is spread out, meaning fewer crowds than Recoleta or Microcent...
Really well located in the heart of Palermo, very safe, cool design. We were traveling with a 2 year old daughter. A baby cot was provided. The staff in the hotel was great - helped us with booking ferry tickets, gave us milk for the baby at 3am etc ;).
Hotel was near great restaurants - pizza and vegetarian (flor del dia) ice cream places , parks and zoo and laundry place. I liked the view and the room was small but ok. There was a terrace but it is winter now- pool was small but nice and sauna worked well. The breakfast buffet was average at best- Coffee was Terrible ¡¡¡ Fortunately you could pay for a better coffee...
Simple and comfort. Walking distance to subway and bus lines. Boutique style and I enjoyed staying there.
We had two stays here, 5 days and 6 days between trips to other parts of South America. Brilliant hotel, stylish, quirky and artistic. The staff are very helpful, multilingual, and were great for help with bookings and information on day trips out. At first we were not sure about the position at that end of Bonpland as this is really a residential street, but after a d...

Hotel was cute in a great area. Lots of LED lights at night so that can be bothersome. The pool looked murky , and was missing a ton of its tiles- it needs to be refinished. The water in the hot tub also had a green color so while I Booked this place based on rooftop, don’t select it for this sole reason alone. Everything else was great
Great location for early flights from the Jorge Newbury airport. Also located near the restaurant / cafe area of Palermo, with plenty of action nearby ! A great area to stroll around and soak up the atmosphere. the rooms here are well appointed, clean and great value.

New hotel, well located. Staff not very friendly, with exceptions. Rooms are big and clean but with poor noise isolation. Some can be very noisy. Bathrooms are quite small. Prefer the rooms that face the back of the hotel, wich are quieter. Breakfast is common, not bad but also not good. Just average. Could be better. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment!! The location was amazing, close to Palermo hot spots and a major bus line. The apartment was clean and VERY well equipped. We felt right at home from the second we arrived. But I must say that Richard, the owner, made the experience special. It was like having a personal concierge to help us navigate BA. The apartme...

This is not quite a hotel but rather a 'Like Home' apartment. The manager (Mariano) is super nice and helpful and available next door. The apartments are in the best part of Palermo Soho. You are in the middle of it all once you step outside of your door. The quality of the apartment itself is in my view satisfactory but not great. It is still a great value for the mon...
My stay here will always be a highlight of my solo travels. The location is fabulous, the accommodations clean and adequate and trendy (see: concrete kitchen!). But it was Priscila the innkeeper who made it extra special. She was exceedingly kind and patient in helping me with many things. She suggested things to do, fought for my rightful tax exemption on a ferry tic...
Very nice hotel with all necessary services fro a short or longer stay. I will defenitely use Dream Studios when I 'm back in BA.
Our stay was initially marred by an issue with a broken room safe, but the staff solved the issue by putting us in a superior room and did not demote us for the remainder of our stay. We were very pleased with this outcome. The desk managers, Juan and Marcello and David were all fluently bi-lingual, which is very helpful for English-speaking guests. The Bys is in a saf...
The building attendant was most helpful even if we did not speak Spanish! The apartment mattress was slightly sagging but the quietness of the apartment made up for being on a main noisy street. Nice and safe apartment and neighborhood.
Decent no frills hotel, good location, friendly staff and reasinable breakfast
This was a really nice hotel in a pretty good location in Palermo. The design is really great, including a fantastic water feature that drops down one whole side of the building. The room was well equipped and comfortable, and was very clean. The bathroom was nice and there was a tasteful garden out the back (though the construction going on nearby didn't make that ...

beautiful hotel with very friendly and accomodating staff. rooms were very comfortable, maybe a little on the small size but ok. no wireless in the rooms although it was advertised as having it. free wireless available in the breakfast room. hotel close to markets and good shops which my wife and daughter really enjoyed.
Immulaculate stay. Very custom oriented services and helpful staff. The design of the room makes me feel like home away from home. The only downfall is the spa bath needs a sanitized clean to flush out the water that inside the jet system.
Loved staying at home. The staff were great, friendly and always welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious and Palermo has so much to offer with many bars restaurants within a short walking distance. Highly recommend.
After two months in hotels throughout Argentina, we spent one night in Palermo Tower. We wish we would've spent every night there. Helpful staff, big, beautiful suite-style room. Shower + jacuzzi. Eggs made to order. A great experience and we highly recommend it.
Hotel is far from Subway but personnel are really kind and friendly. They advised me on directions and booked events for me. Hotel is not a 4 star hotel but rather 3.
The staff were fantastic -- friendly, went out of their way to be helpful, suggestions, spoke excellent English. The spa and outdoor pool are stunning and inviting. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants and near parks. Very clean, attractive rooms. Highly recommend.
Super lovely colonial hotel. Nice roof terrace. Extraordinairy staff that go way beyond !!! Very rare to find such sincere and honest service! Awesome. The breakfast is nice and made à la minute.
