Professional and friendly staff”
We booked a triple room from 18/03/2020 to 21/03/2020 but due to the decrease of flights and closing the borders in Australia we had to check out on 19/03/2020. We were planning to request a refund from Agoda but the reservation staff were very helpful and gave us a refund for two days straightaway. It was a suite which was very clean and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, we had to leave early but next time when we visit London we will definitely stay at Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel.

Magnificent thames view”
We had the closest room to the river on the 8th floor and the views were stunning. A fantastic welcome gift inc. a wine bottle, chocolatrs and baloons for a birthday was delivered by some cheerful staff members to our room, what a treat. Thank you so much!

Calm clean oasis in excellent location ”
I wanted somewhere I would feel safe for a solo trip to London where I would be arriving late in the evening. Park Plaza London Riverbank was perfect with friendly and helpful staff and beautiful spacious rooms. Such a treat to be able to walk back to my hotel and climb into a clean comfortable bed after a long day. I was very pleased to be upgraded to a beautiful room with a view of the river. Thank you

My husband and I stayed at Park Plaza Riverbank London for 3 nights and we were very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the train station and there is a great little pub called "The Rose" and other excellent restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. location was super, walking distance to most of London's main attractions. and, there was a bus stop very close. we paid a bit extra , when we arrived, to upgrade to a better view. well worth it! a "million dollar" view of London! compared to other London hotels, we found online, this price was SUPER, for what we got! We would love to stay there again, and see more of London, as 3 days was not long enough.

Very good hotel. Great location for the cricket at the Oval. Very good for London attractions. 5 minutes walk to the Tube. Good walks on the riverbank. Like with many London hotels the price is high but this is a very good hotel.

Excent facilities -great value”
This is a very modern hotel which looks to be recently refurbished. The rooms are well appointed -separate shower and bath etc. I paid a bit more for an excellent river view with the palace of Westminster, Big Ben etc in full view. Breakfast - included was excellent and meal prices were reasonable for close to Central London. Highly recommended for tourists and buisness people alike.

Very accommodating staff”
We arrived very early from an overnight international flight. They went out of their way to get a room cleaned for us so we could freshen up before starting our day sightseeing. We also commissioned the hotel's car service to take us to the airport. The driver gave us a detailed narrative of the sites we were passing. He even stopped at the football stadium so we could take a picture. The service at this hotel is outstanding! If we visit London again, we will definitely stay here!

Riverfront room with postcard view”
Decent clean hotel. Good sized room compared to other London hotels of the same class. 10min walk to Vaxall tube or use bus for connection with stops right outside the hotel door. Only negative point is the leaking water from the shower door which even after repeated complaints could not be fixed in the 5days we stayed there. Room in front has postcard view of the Thames and Parliament House, esp beautiful at sunset.

Stayed Sat-Mon on London Marathon weekend. Apart from the evening after the race the hotel was quiet. Obviously the evening after the race people were celebrating so the restaurant / bar etc was noisey, nothing major though. The hotel itself is very nice but I think little bits are due for a refurb. I stayed in an executive suite, lovely but I did notice some of the furniture and carpets are now looking tired. The sofa in the room was grubby and badly stained in places, just from lots of use but it's something you notice. Door to the bathroom had dropped so everytime we went in there you had to fight to get out. It was all minor stuff and I may be just being picky but when your paying quite a bit for these hotels I feel you need an honest feedback. The staff however were fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Room service and food was fantastic. Definitely no complaints there 😀

Depends on the purpose of your trip”
The hotel location is about 800 meters or 10 mins walk away from the nearest underground tube station, which isn't the most convenient if you depend a lot on the tube for your commute. When I stayed there late September 2019, the Vauxhall station also closed the from entry (exit only) during peak hours. This added to the inconvenience. However, it is away from the very busy shopping belt as well as traffic jams, which is good if you are in London for business. Hotel itself is clean, with friendly staffs. But breakfast was the same everyday, and I wish there would be some variety.

I will never forget our staying is this hotel during this lifetime occasion. I really believe that the hotel have the best views in London, very romantic, and its location is perfect even to walk to Southbank area. The staff are very well trained and always delighted to make your stay memorable. I was surprised with this hotel, I was not expected to be so good as it was. We will definitely return!

This hotel is amazing. My self and my son stayed here for a weekend break in London and I can honestly say I would stay here again without any shadow of a doubt. The room was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable, the staff were helpful and courteous. We loved every second.

Nice hotel But”
This is a nice hotel. Lots of building work going on at the moment. View was onto someone's balcony across the small road and railway lines. Book a basic room for our night into London. For some unknown reason they put me in a wheelchair access room. Ask at the desk why and they told me that these are the rooms this site book. Will take this futher. If this is the case I will not use this site again
