"The rooms are actually quite nice. The facilities are a little old but this hotel is centrally located and a lot nicer than other more expensive motels right down the street that are absolutely disgusting. The staff isn't very friendly but they are polite enough. Breakfast is surprisingly decent as these free breakfasts go. Some of the same branded hotels as this give you orange juice and coffee and call it a free breakfast."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. I have booked many times with the agoda app and honestly I could not be happier with my choice of hotel this time around. The staff what friendly and attentive, my room was clean and cleaned and restocked while I was away, the bar was great they played piano at night and the bartenders are really nice, this hotel excited my expectations. I was nervous at first as I didn't see many pictures of what my room would look like but the pillows and bed are so comfortable. I loved that the staff would text me to check in on me and my stay. It really felt personalized and relaxing which I needed since I traveled alone. Overall loved everything couldn't have been better and for cheap too."

"It was a great stay! The room was clean and spacious with free wi-fi and free parking. I had read other reviews that parking spots were small, but it was not necessariy right. I was able to park my Mitsubishi Exclipse convertible easily. And parking spaces were always available and plenty. There was free breakfast, but don't expect much. Some criossants, fruits, cereals, milk and coffee, and nothing else. The customer service at the front desk was just OK. Don't even expect a smile. But, the check-in & out was very fast and efficient. It was a really good location, only 10 minutes to Oldtown Pasadena using 210 Freeway and only 30 minutes to Downtown LA using 110 Freeway. Target is only a few minutes away. Not too far from Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia. Also, there are many restauants on Colorado Blvd. such as Denny's, Panda Express and Fuji Sushi. The area is a very safe & clean neighborhood. If you're looking for a good bargain in Pasadena, this is the place. I'll stay here again next year. "

"We compared a few hotels for their prices, locations, and reputation. This was the best choice then and after the visit we were happy that we picked it. However it didn't start up right when we were looking for it and didn't have GPS in the van we were driving. The phone directory assistance led us to the national Sheraton number even though we asked for Pasadena CA. There the operator couldn't help us at all so it was a bad experience. After we finally got there, it was a good experience overall other than the heater issue reported above. We would recommend people to stay there, esp. through Agoda. "
