The Pullman is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, wonderful decor, spotlessly clean, & all the staff were very attentive! We arrived an hour & half before check-in & wanted to leave our luggage, the receptionist said we could have our room, we had a standard superior room which was lovely, it had everything you could want, hairdryer, safe, fridge with water inside, iron & board, dressing gown & slippers, superb bathroom with toiletries, large tv & humongous bed! Slept very well & not a sound was heard both nights. Breakfast was perfect, asked for latte & was given 2 very large, hot lattes especially made, there’s everything you could want for breakfast, cereal, fruit, meats, nuts, hot cooked foods, pastries. The manager even gave me a box for a couple of muffins for later! Found it very easy to get to Liverpool Docks & Centre. Ask at reception about Kings Car park & they’ll tell you how to get a discount. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
