The hotel was efficient and very quick to anticipate our needs during the stay. Room rates are a little expensive, but it's great value for money. Airport transfers and tours are also offered at a very affordable price. The property and amenities blew us away, and the complimentary maruya they served during welcoming was so good that we ordered it for dessert after eve...

Thought that since this was a 2 or 3 star hotel, it would be inferior. What a big mistake it was. When I checked in, the staff were friendly. Was surprised when I was ushered to my room. The room was quite spacy. Very clean and the toilet was a;so spacy with modern amenities like hot water, shower and bidet. With the location at Magsaysay avenue, it was basically near ...

For its price, I never imagined I will be staying in a nice hotel. The hotel, room and bathroom are all clean. And they are a little modern when it comes to the room keycard (not keys, but keycard) and their elevator controls are modern. Their flat screen TV is big. The bathroom looks nice and clean, except when the floor is wet, it gets alot slippery. There were no no...

If you're travelling on a budget then this is the place to stay in. I chose their dormitory since we needed a room that is good for 4. We arrived in Naga at a very early time, though we tried if we could check in early but unforunately, our room was still occupied. I asked if we could leave our things for us to start our Bicol adventure right away.. The staff were very...

First night in Bicol before heading to parents home in Nabua, Camarines Sur Many familiar faces and the same exceptional level of customer service as my last visit during Penafrancia festival with my parents. The highlight was a very nice cake presented by Denis S and his Front Office team in my parents room with an impromptu song for my Mommy on her Birthday. My onl...

Staff very helpful & friendly. Speed up the breakfast. Get decent marmelade in for toast. Sort out the hot chocolate.its so thick you have to use a spoon.I know the staff are still learnings.I would say it will be one of the best hotels in Naga .It will be good when all facilities are open. Then they have to keep up the standard. I would also stay there again.I live in ...

First the cons: Why is there no electric kettle? and also along with it should have come complimentary instant coffee/tea and bottled water. I think these features should be standard. *sigh* nevertheless... (now the pros, and they are many!) this hotel is very good. i had my wife and my mother with me in this trip to Naga so we chose the family standard room which i...

Overall it was a good stay. Affordable. Good Service. Friendly staffs/owner. It just so happen during our stay that they are having some renovation so its a bit noisy. The food is good but some of menu's listed is not available so we have limited choices for food that time. However, if time and budget permits I will come back and stay on the same hotel on my next vaca...

Good, I have reserved 2 suite for us and some family member from nabua. I have the king suite and my family have the 2 beds suite. Unfortunately our bathroom in our room have a shower tub . The shower tub is way to high for normal person to slept in. I fell on the tub with several bruises in the thigh, Cubs and arm. I showed this to reception desk. This is very danger...

Pros: 1. Good location 2. New hotel 3. Reception staff is very helpful and accommodating Cons: 1. They did not reply on my email regarding early check in so they were not ready when we arrived 2. Early check in charge at 100 pesos per hour 3. No toiletries, just tissue paper 4. No power outlet in the room available for charging, just near the sink and where the TV i...

Pretty decent hotel. Gets its food delivered from an outside restaurant. Food was pretty good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. TV was very small and reception not great. Close to the jumping off point for Mount Iriga but a bit far from city centre. I will stay here again next time in Iriga.

Best central city location and within distance of food, shopping and financial facilities. Two city parks adjoining. Very friendly and helpful staff and two restaurants within. Disadvantage is no Swimming Pool and facility has only steps to the main lobby on the second floor and rooms on the third floor with no elevator.

The hotel was located right behind a big supermarket and 5 minute walk from BIGGS (a popular fastfood chain in Naga) and other Fastfood restaurants. It has big rooms with big toilets as well. Downside on the parking as it offers parking on its sidewalk only where jeepneys and tricycles pass. Good thing their security guard is there 24/7 to guard our car.

What stood out the most was the bargain and location. With a very good authentic Italian restaurant next to it called Flavours. AM mall also very close. The best hotel closest to SM Mall, Bus terminal, and Mother Set on Hospital. Also a spa on the side. The traffic is not bad conspired to many other places around the city

The best part of our stay in this hotel is their staff. They are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a perfect location where you can visit Naga's famous destinations such as the old churches and the Sili Ice Cream by walking. The rooms are not that big but it is comfortable.

It was not a 5-star stay, but the hotel was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to where we wanted to go in Camarines Sur. The hotel staff were also very friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. We would recommend Flamingo to anyone or any family who wants a no-frills stay in CamSur.

We extended our stay at Naga City so we booked a night at this place and it was a lot better than the previous hotel we stayed at. Too bad we only stayed for a night but next time, we will be booking this travel lodge again. Rooms are clean, spacious and homey except for the cr which is a bit smaller but its okey as it is faunctional. They have a great backdoor ga...

I have no complains about the staff because they were very accommodating but i feel sorry for them because they are obviously overworked. The place could be better if only there were enough staff to tidy things up and make sure everything is in order. My bestfriend and i wanted to have a massage at the same time but it sucks that there were only 1 therapist considering...

I wasnt going to write a review but I stayed here because of reviews. So I dont want the same to happen to anybody else. This is the worst of any Hotel I have ever booked in all of the Philippines. The only good thing is the location which is only good for Dining or Night life on Magasaysay. Everything else is bad bad bad from the smell as soon as I walked in. Dirty be...
Cheap places to stay in Camarines Sur Province

I suppose because the room was cheap, we got what we paid for. But no matter how cheap, I don't believe it justifies being booked into a room with a dysfunctional doorknob. You get a room for its privacy and security and a room that can be opened by the staff with a card because, allegedly, the previous occupants forgot to return the key, should not be given to the ne...

Our stay was comfortable enough but we did wish we stayed on the beach instead, as there were few places to eat in town and it was not walking distance meaning we had to arrange a ride after dinner which was expensive, we may as well have stayed at the beach. The towels were very questionably stained but otherwise the room was comfortable for the price we paid. One oth...

The La Casa Roa Hostel is a very nice place. This is located at the municipality center of Caramoan. Literally few steps from the public market. We are 12 in the family and booked 2 rooms (A1 and A2) and we ended up renting like a whole house because these two rooms has a common room (family room with sala set). My family really enjoyed our stay because the place is ...

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is within walking distance of the church, the plaza, stores and eateries. However, the hotel is not well maintained and has the feel of an old home. This is not recommended for tourists or other visitors looking for a good ambiance. This is good for locals looking for a cheap and convenient place to sleep and leave one...

Again the price is right for this place. The owner and staff are the most friendly people, but there are a few things I must mention. Free Wifi and TV is incorrect. There is a beautiful flat screen TV in the room but there is only one local channel and that is blurry. No Wifi. Must bring your pocket Wifi. No Toilet seat and no Toilet paper. Our warm water heater for th...

If you're looking for cheap, this is the right for you. I stay here during Peñafrancia feast and all hotels are double price. This is just 15mins away from the center so it doesn't matter. They have swimming pools, No internet, No restaurant. But it is very accessible by public transportation

Pros. Friendly staff and ask them and they will do what you requested Con. Water was smelly coming from the pipes corrosion or too much chlorine in the main tank. Bed turnover not consistent. They change bed sheets but sometimes not enough blanket and towels are also a problem always run out. One time a couple of foreigners were asking for towel as they swam in the swi...

Our 2 night stay was a nightmare, we paid through agoda, no problems there, , We then had no shower working, the water in the bathroom was foul smelling, the sink water was none existing, we had to ask for towel changes, no one cleaned the room, then on Xmas day, we were going to stay an extra night, we were the only guest in the whole hotel, on Xmas day the owner arri...

Location is right along the beach/port where you can rent boats for your Caramoan island hopping. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Take note though that there is a videoke machine right in front of the cabanas and also in the neighborhood nearby.

We stayed for 4 days and had an absoutley fantastic time. Hazel was very helpful and organsied two day trips to local islands for us. The area and islands are so beautiful. This hotel is on a local fisherman's beach and so you get a sense of what life is like for local people, but you also have creature comforts like your own bathroom, a restaurant that serves western ...

Breeze and Waves Hotel is aptly named as you can always feel a light breeze and hear the gentle waves in the restaurant/reception area. The reception area had a small book shelf and some couches where you can just relax and read a book. We were brought by tricycle to the annex since the beach front rooms were already booked. The annex, which was a two minute ride away ...
