A hidden gem in Banyuwangi. Start from the beginning I booked Snooze Ijen, the staff contact me for gv a welcoming greeting and ask me if I need sumthin' for my stay on the next month. Maria, Ika, Becky, Monica, Ade (if I'm not mistaken), and Reni was really friendly and helpful. I appreciate you guys. The place so homey and clean in every spot : room, living room, toilet, kitchen. The kitchen is big for preparing a meal, etc. It has refridge for keeping our FnB. Their mini garden very comfortable. The location is in the center of this city and not too far from the train station. I really recommend this hostel.

The staff here are so friendly - we were greeted with iced tea and coffee when we arrived. Our room was big and airy and the shared bathrooms were very clean. There are lots of places to sit amongst the plants and tea and coffee (along with ice cubes) was provided. Nice quiet location and a good place to be based for Mount Ijen.

Stayed here for 2 nights because I was looking for a strategic spot that would make it easier to travel to the island and Ijen. All the staff are friendly, very accommodating when I asked to store my luggage and borrow an iron, they are also very responsive in chat. The hostel is also very homey, fragrant, clean in all areas. A shared kitchen is provided with complete cooking utensils and cooking oil, the public area is also very cool and surprisingly there are no mosquitoes even though it is semi-outdoor. Will definitely recommend Snooze hostel to relatives considering that this hostel has several branches in Java🥰❤️

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! The facilities are cleaned constantly throughout the day, with very comfy beds in the dorm. The staff are so friendly especially Afifah who is so helpful, kind and accommodating. Afifah helped with booking our Mt Ijen tour which the hostel can help organise for you. Would highly recommend this hostel and would definitely come back!
