    I had a very pleasant stay at IMM PanTip Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for shopping, food, and transportation. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made the trip much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The air-conditioning worked well, and the room was quiet despite being in a busy area. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and whenever I had questions, they were happy to assist. The service felt professional and welcoming. Overall, IMM PanTip Hotel offers great value for money. It’s a solid choice for travelers who want a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in a prime location. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others

    “Very good hotel”

    We initially booked for 5 nights, after one night we decided for many reasons to make this our main stay hotel. We booked another 4 night then came to Korat for 3 nights, we booked another 8 nights then off to phi phi then we've booked another 5 night, this hotel has everything to offer that you'd expect from a good hotel. Staff are so accommodating in all areas of the hotel. The staff on reception are professional and friendly. The breakfast is very good. The room is spacious very clean with an extremely comfortable bed, shower room very good too with plenty of hot water. I come to Bangkok 4 times a year, this will be be come to hotel.

    “Budget friendly & ideal for a short stay! ”

    The Pantip Hotel was suitable for my 1 night stay. The property is a bit older, but overall it was comfortable and met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, which made for a good night’s rest. As expected for a hotel in this lower price range, some areas show signs of age, such as the walls, cupboards, and bathroom tiles. When we first arrived, the initial room had limited power and the air conditioning was not working. After stepping out and exploring a local mall and returning, the staff changed our room. We had originally booked a queen size bed and were given 2 twin beds instead, which was a little unexpected as we were traveling as a couple, but it was still comfortable and manageable for our short stay. The location is very convenient. The hotel is right next to a busy market, so it may not be ideal for those seeking complete quiet, but it was perfect for us as we had an early morning marathon at M Life Mall, which was only a few minutes away. The BTS is directly in front of the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely easy. There is also a 7-Eleven, Mini Big C, and pharmacy just steps away. I have been living in Thailand for 2 years and always check in to hotels with a passport copy. This hotel requested the physical passport and visa during check in. I did not have them with me, which was my own oversight. While this was new for me, I understand it is for legal and safety reasons. Guests may want to keep this in mind and bring their documents to ensure a smooth check in process, as this took some time to deal with. Overall, The Pantip Hotel was a convenient and practical choice for a short stay, especially for budget travelers who value location, easy transportation. 3/5 stars

    This property offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located near transport options and a major mall. The room size is spacious and the hot water supply is reliable making for a comfortable stay. Staff members are friendly and attentive. Enhancing the overall experience. While the cleanliness is generally good. There was minor areas that could use attention and the facilities, though decent, could be improving some aspects. The hotel is rebranding which is exciting.
