Staff are great, Hotel is way overpriced”
Great location, great staff, Room leaves something to be desired for the price. Nice looking bathroom, Had to get the staff to send the engineer up to make the hot water work. knob on the shower pulls off and it is nearly impossible to control the pressure and temperature. The thermostat on the wall looks fancy, but does not heat the room. we had multiple staff members look at it several times, were told a variety of stories, but the truth was they could not make the heater work. We were staying during a cold snap, the room would not get above 15 degrees. Staff brought us extra blankets to make us comfortable at night. Hopefully the AC works better in the summer time as blankets won't help you beat the heat!!

Dated Interiors and poor maintenance ”
There was NO hot water in the room. Had to shower with cold water. Better to go to a cheaper hotel which at least doesn't pretend to be a 5 Star. And there was no point in complaining as I was all set for my shower and had to get ready. The last thing one would expect is NO hot water!!

This hotel was probably great back in its heyday, but now it's rundown, dirty and badly in need of fixing up which, judging from the incessant hammer banging sounds next door and the terrible paint fumes on our floor, they're working on it. I'd recommend closing a floor when renovating... don't continue to rent rooms.

If you are travelling with your Driver, Than you need to arrange extra room for drivers or look for alternative arrangements for them,as this property doesn’t offer any help . Pathetic approach.Otherwise a reasonable option for short stay

prolongued repair work going on at the hotel which is causing trouble to guests. late night noise by staff members on main passage ways is very bad.

Not a 5 star hotel”
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and found it very unacceptable. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned (a used condom! was found), the housekeeping staff is very slow to attend to guest's needs., no internet, no hot water, quality of breakfast is unacceptable. When complained to the staff they said they want another chance to show their commitment, however we got no response from them, after writing to them. However the restaurant Twenty 9 has excellent food and very good staff. Will be writing to Hyatt management.

I stayed there for 6 nights and the star rating of this hotel should be 2 star and not 5 star.. the rooms have very old decor and furniture and the facilities available in room are bare minimum.. room stinks and there is no cleanliness in the bathroom.. it took 15 mik to get hot water in the tap and taps are all rusted.. could have got a better hotel.in the same price. Tge access cards dont work in first go in lifts and in rooms and have to call reception.. hotel lifts and rooms are very old .. the breakfast menu is also limited and food served was cold.. overall not at all value for money or a 5 star experience...

It badly needs a revamp. a lovely location and hotel premises being wasted by poor maintenance.
