"Just wonder why this resort got quite low point for customer review.. the location is really superb.. this is the best location among other nearby floating resort.. the bedroom is spacious and clean.. very comfortable to rest at the balcony with a great view.. the food is extremely delicious.. they even send kueh to our room during minum petang when we are not there on time.. the only downside of this hotel is the bed n pillow.. budget hotel in semporna even has a better bed n pillow.. and dont expect u can jump off into the sea from your balcony like other nearby floating resort.. this is the only point that make me not to return to this resort.. i am looking for a floating resort that we can swim directly to the sea from our balcony.. at lato lato there is only one public entrance to enjoy the crystal clear water.. the same location with the boat entrance.. not really comfortable to swim when boats are going in and out.. hopefully lato lato will make more entrance direct to the sea.. nearby room 23 is a superb location to make an entrance into the sea.. i give 10 points for my review of staying here but i will not return here..on my next visit i will book nearby floating resort which we can jump off to the sea directly from our balcony.. that feature is a must have for a floating resort despite of any other facilities.."

"-Near with Jeti Pelabuhan to go island but u have to come early to get your parking at hotel then u can walk from ur hotel to Jeti.. -Hotel room should have telephone for easy guest to call to request something,especially when guest need iron + iron board.. -All clean! Very clean and smell good but my hotel room a bit dirty at toilet but i can accept it because my bedroom so smell good and clean! -I really like the FO,she give me full information about semporna.. And she is so friendly and helping.. I forgot her name but she is wearing hijabs and she is hardworking until no time to eat.. the security also help us with our parking that day!! That day,the two person who work that time is very helpful.. Not only for us but for all guest that time"

"Thank you for the services! You have a very friendly and helpful staffs there. 😊Helped us to carry bags to our room and always assist to open door for us. He has charming smile on him all the time. The room is comfortable and clean. If you can place something in toilet to remove the smell that will be perfect. And the internet for second floor is not working for the whole stay. Lucky we have our own mobile data😅 There is self service dobi, malay restaurant, chinese restaurant nearby and grab car service is around RM4-5 per way, quite convenient. "

"We book 2 chalet for 2 nights for our group vacation. Since we rented a car the location was not a problem for us. The view of the resort was beautiful. The staff was very accomodating to our request.. The chalets were spacious and cosy. Water supply was disrupted due to the drought season but staff informed us that only certain hours during the day that our water supply will be cut off. In the mean time, we were free to use the sharing bathroom nearby. There is a restaurant at the premise but we mostly dine out at Semporna town."
