"Paid for and booked a standard double and when we got there we were put in a room with a bunk bed which didn't match the pictures at all. Staff said there was nothing that could be done and they couldn't change our room. Absolute joke, we literally paid for a room we didn't get."

"Have just returned from a one night stay at the Point A hotel in Glasgow. I was very impressed. Spacious, modern, double room - with extremely comfy bed - and an equally contemporary shower-room with good shower. I paid £5 for breakfast on checking-in as I was unsure of plans on booking - what a bargain that turned out to be! Four items from a beautifully set out chill cabinet plus pot of freshly brewed tea or coffee brought to my table. Don't expect 'extras' such as a fancy lounge area or tea/coffee-making facilities in your room. What you pay for is a clean, functional, modern room in a central location. I was delighted!"

"I’ve stayed many times in Jurys Inn Manchester and had no issues. Everything is always straight forward. Comfort and cleanliness have always been great. Staffs courteous. No faff no grief. So during my transit to London via Glasgow, when I saw Jurys Inn available near the central station, it was a no brainer. Same feedback for Jurys Inn Glasgow ☺️. Would certainly stay here again 😃"

"We were very pleased with this small hotel, we normally stay at the larger hotels in the City Centre but thought we would give this one a go and were pleased that we did. We were in the area to catch up with friends, but had we been tourists we would have been delighted with the location, good for restaurants, bars, places of interest and of course good public transport into the city Centre. Enjoyed our nice cooked breakfast, you couldn't have asked for nicer service. The staff were so welcoming. Will most certainly be back."
