Best patt of this property is that rooms are very hygenic and clean compared to rooms of nearby hotels. Staff is polite . Close to Mall road. Breakfast and food is ok.

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Excellent food. Excellent rooms. Neat and clean washrooms. Lift is available. All facilities are excellent. Mall road is on walking distance. Perfect hotel for solo, couple and family. One and only suggestion to owner- Free pick and drop facility should be provided to guests from railway station and bus stand. Because it is difficult to reach hotel if you have heavy luggage.

Perfect hotel Except its high location”
Everything is too good except its very high location which is very steep even for on footers. I personally felt that its location and path leading to it is little spooky, scary and full of monkeys. Property is too good and beautiful. Owner and Manager is just number 1 quality person. Staff caring and helping. Everything else is like best. I will choose to stay here when I am not travelling SOLO and ready to walk that spooky path. haha

Please read before booking”
There is no cab facility to this hotel. You will have to walk all the way from the police check point.. if you have too much luggage, or travelling with pregnant ladies and small children, please do not opt for this stay.. this is meant for solo travellers, youngsters.. other than the walking and locality problem the rooms were good and food was good but expensive.. they helped with porter service which check out, but still you will get exhausted walking all the way up and down each time

When I had booked the hotel showing parking is available and hotel near by mall road but there are not parking facility and so far mall road. I had parked my car 2km from hotel and change 1000 for days

I have booked 2 big room for 3 adults but Hotel staff has given only one big room,in breakfast they have not mentioned anywhere what is menu when asked for egg then they will provide,this shows that you are cheating people on app.

I booked ticket from agoda.com, at the time of booking i filled details for 4 adult, 4 kids and 2 room but when booked hotel they booked 2 rooms for 2 adults, and i did not notice that in the ticket. when we reached to hotel they told me here your booking is only for 2 adults for 2 room. so they charged us 700X3/night extra. Food quality was very poor for us. one more thing with this hotel in the rooms if kids do potty they will charge 700 for wash linen extra. this case also happened with us.

Pros: near to Mall Road Cleanliness is good Price is reasonable Linen is ok and clean. Cons: Location is not good. Cab drop is half km far. If you have luggage or kids then it is difficult to reach to the hotel. Need to go uphill and take stairs. Breakfast is not so great. Bathrooms are not so great and very small. Staff is good and supportive No view from rooms. But good view from restaurant.
