I took 2 rooms in 1st week of Jan 2023 Pros 1. Location and view 2. Room Size is big 3. Located road side with parking 4. Has gysers installed ( solar heater work only with sun so winters are good here) 5. Cost of food is as per market (not costly) Cons 1. Food quality needs improvement 2. Infra needs upgrade - hotel + rooms needs paint. Hot kettle lids were broken. Hotel's walls are not standard 3. Room heater not free ( I paid more than 2k still)

Staff is what makes the stay tolerable!”
The pics on websites are extravagantly exaggerated. The property is not even 10% glamorous as shown in pics. Rooms give a feeling of dorms. Hotel offers heater at additional per day charges even at -5 degrees (which is just taking undue advantage). Hotel has a restaurant that closes at sharp 10 and when we reached there at 10:30, we were not even assisted with even soup or Maggie inspite of repeated requests or having 4 senior citizens hungry and down due to motion sickness. Requested for cake for next day at 5pm but denied as it was too late to arrange, when I could do that later on my own while travelling using Google. Only one water bottle is provided per day per room irrespective of triple occupancy and huge charges. Additional bottles are charged at twice the MRP. Room's water geyser was faulty and didn't work at all. You can imagine tap water at -5 degrees. Lift is under construction since forever with no plans of completion in near future. Cleanliness is only restricted to reception area. Do take a cognizant decision while booking.

The property is nice and the staff are courteous as well. Our family suite was on ground floor (-5 floors) although there was lift available, it was really a tough task to go up and down. (Probably we need to built up stamina!). The breakfast has limited options, but it is really healthy and tasty.

Most awful experience and never recomends to stya there as pathetic parking way, No water in night even in washroom, Heater was in poor condition and through Agoda, they won't welcome you there

No electricity at night. No heater in room. Did not accept indian credit debit card. Forgot about order for dinner

There is no service mind set at all. The temperature was lower than -10. The heaters provided were not effective. On top of this there was a power outage. They didn't even switch on the back up power. How we survived the night only god knows. Some of the staff were good but no service mind set and not trained properly. Claiming it as a there star resort is a horrible joke.

aman the manager bluntly told us that he made a mistake by accepting our booking despite the fact that our booking was all paid well in advance. tthe reson fothis is th th informed us at last minute that a mandatory gala night has to be attended @1000 per head extra than our booking . when we said we have had dinner he said its mandatory. when we said we dot want food he said its his mistake he should not have even taken our booking

I choose this hote, but picture of the room as shown is all different from actual room. Though after negotiating my room was upgraded which was a gesture, but left with no option had to stay at the hotel. Breakfast is not good at all.
