Wow! This place was great ”

I was a little worried at first because after I had booked, i was asked to prepay (but not given any method to do so). But everything was fine once I got there. The room was very clean and had a nice view. The bathroom was great, very good hot water. WiFi worked most of the time as well. Location is 20 min walk from mall, close to train station as well. Overall I highly recommend this place.

property is below average for that price. and staff is not friendly. we dont have lifts and we need to cary our luggage to 2 floors down. staff cant help. they dont have restaurant. room is ok type but need to improve bath room and reception place as smelly.

Excellent”

This is a good hotel, with fantastic views over the Himalayas. it's located within easy walking distance of the Mall shops. It would be a great hotel if it had its own restaurant, and central heating., as although room heaters are available to hire, the rooms get quite cold.

Magnificent views”

Pros: very good view's from room. Available tea & coffee in room. Half way between railway & town. Cons: There are signs everywhere saying that your towels, sheets etc etc would be replenished everyday, but not once did this happen! No one spoke the national language of the world English, so very hard to communicate.Sheets ,towels etc looked as though they were 100 yes old! Unfortunately there isn't much DECENT accommodation in Shimla.
