The best experience is definitely at Villa So Long. All the staff are friendly. The view is incredibly beautiful, making it very comfortable to stay there. The food is also very delicious with a variety of options for breakfast. Highly recommend, perfect for those wanting to vacation with family. 🫶
At first, I was a bit hesitant because it was a small road in a residential area, but once inside and seeing the view of the beach, it was amazing!! Especially the pool that directly faces the sea, and the well-maintained and clean backyard, it was really cool!! When checking in to the villa, the room was hot because the air conditioning was not turned on right away. When I took a shower, there was a cockroach that came in from a hole in the wood under the door. The receptionist and room service were only available until 8:30 PM, and when I wanted to have coffee that night, the cups and spoons available in the room had not been cleaned or replaced from the previous guests. I wanted to ask for replacements, but the staff was no longer there :-( a very small detail that was lacking. But overall, this villa is really great; the building is still new. And I highly recommend watching the sunrise in Banyuwangi. Oh, one more thing, I happened to leave early, so I arrived too early, and only security was there. When I asked if early check-in was possible, I was told it wasn't because they were fully booked, and I wanted to rest for a while; I was only directed to the parking lot, so I ended up resting in the car in the parking lot (-_-") it was really sad that there was no waiting area for guests arriving early....

Mengenai front office yang tutup jam 21.00 WIB, dapat kami informasikan bahwa sekarang kami sedang dalam proses penambahah jam operational front office. Mengenai ruang tunggu, dapat pula kami informasikan bahwa ruang tunggu kami sekarang sudah lebih luas bersamaan dengan lobby yang kami bangun lebih nyaman dan besar. This is our first visit to Villa So Long. Our family enjoyed it. The warm welcome from the receptionist to the staff. The breakfast was also good. The pool is large. The only downside is that the beach is not suitable for swimming.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
