      “Exceptional”

      Everything was amazing apart from the banging in the night that my family could hear and couldnt sleep well very poor insulation in the walls but apart from that it was very clean loads of fun activities to do and very affordable.

      “Brilliant location”

      great room. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast disappointing especially at the price and a very unpleasant male member of staff really spoiled it on the first day. Second day was better

      “Avoid if booking via 3rd party site”

      Booked a double x2 room which should have had two doubles beds in it as per Agoda’s description and photos on the website. However, upon arrival a snooty receptionist advised the room only had one double bed and stated there would never have been two beds at the price I paid, despite showing screenshots and providing all the booking confirmation of two beds booked, she advised there were no rooms left of that type. Village hotel blamed Agoda for wrong advertising.

      “Great stay”

      Great place to stay if you don't mind being a little farther away from the city centre. The kids loved the use of the pool and the teen would've used the gym had we not had to leave. The ground floor pub serves good food -- a bit pricey, but if you download their app before you go they have several offers that bring the price down.
