Pro - good location, relatively comfy room Cons - staffs are not that helpful, poor knowledge about what to offer, not selling i Amsterdam city card in the hotel is just a bad idea when u r serving tourists, staffs are not courteous and some do not greet even, lousy small gym, spa wasn’t that fantastic. The only helpful desk staff is the Malaysian staff. Other than that, all not forthcoming. It’s expensive. U can get a lot more from what u pay in W At Asia. Do not expect too much from W Amsterdam.

Very Cool Hotel but has problem with cleanliness”
It’s a great hotel with a great location, services are excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurants in the hotel is great the Japanese wagyu beef is a must try, the Rooms are a bit small, it’s design for youngsters feels like in a warehouse, the bed however is too soft, the main problem with the hotel is its cleanliness, in my room where I stayed the bed sheets has a yellow stain, carpets in the rooms hallway is dirty, overall it is a hotel for young people who likes to party, but the GM needs to work on the cleanliness and the hygine of the hotel

Great location, high ceiling rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Attention to details missing. Dirty towels, food trays, litter from other rooms staying in the corridor for days... Bed made but night gowns/pyjamas thrown on a seat (not even folded!) for 3 consecutive days... Not the type of service expected for this category of hotel.

Worst experience ever. I went to check in at 3pm (when check in apparently opened) and they told me they would check if my room was ready. After 1 hour I was still sitting there with not one member of staff coming to see if I was ok or being looked after. I went to reception and they advised me that they "upgraded" my room. However, this wasn't not the case. They had downgraded my room and I had obviously paid a lot more for the room I had booked. I waited another 2 hours for my room that I originally booked to be ready. When I got to the room it was dark, dingey and dirty. The shower was disgusting. I had a house keeping trolley outside my room the whole stay with dirty bed linen thrown on top of it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever.

Wellnessbereich war in Rennovation & Zimmer wurden doppelt verbucht”
Zum einen war der Wellnessbereich für Gäste wegen Wartungsarbeiten überraschend geschlossen - bei einer Besichtigung dessen hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass die Arbeiter(!) selber diese Einrichtungen sehr wohl benutzt haben, nur wir Gäste durften diese nicht benutzen. Zum anderen wurden uns die Zimmer 2x in Rechnung gestellt: Gebucht haben wir via Agoda, das war wie immer perfekt, jedoch wurden uns bei der Abreise die Zimmer nochmals vom W Hotel direkt von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Das haben wir gleich vor Ort noch vor der Abreise beanstandet. Leider konnte das Personal diese Buchung nicht mehr stoppen. Nach einigen Mails wurde uns dann die Buchung zwar wieder gut geschrieben, jedoch ohne die Bearbeitungsgebühren der Kreditkarte, welche 2x entstanden sind (beim Buchen & beim Zurückerstatten). Diese darf ich nun - obwohl der Fehler offensichtlich beim Hotel lag - selber bezahlen (gerundet 25 EUR). Die Lage des Hotels und auch die Anlage auf dem Dach (am Tag: Bar/Restaurant, am Abend: Club) waren hingegen wie erwartet gut. --> Hotel selber ist ok, beim Personal jedoch gibt es noch einiges an Verbesserungspotential

两面镜子全部对着床，房间里的抱枕上都是眼睛，小摆设小动物的眼睛也全部盯着床。墙上还有两幅特别诡异的女人肖像。洗澡洗一半，整个房间断电。晚上是靠近酒吧还是怎么样，非常吵。体验不佳。

Расположение великолепное - всё рядом, в шаговой доступности. Можно легко пользоваться любыми линиями транспорта, включая ж/д вокзал. Хорошая СПА-зона, прекрасный ресторан на 6 этаже, есть маленький фитнес-зал. Красивые дизайнерские номера с электронным управлением всем и спрятанным душем. Отель расположен в двух старых зданиях и это накладывает определенные ограничения - нет больших входных холлов, парадных лестниц, открытых пространств. Даже ресепшн в одном здании перенесен на 6 этаж. Красиво. Дорого.
