Beautiful and Aesthetic Heritage Property Located in Chota Shimla”

If if you wish to stay at beautiful and aesthetic heritage property, which is part of a real palace located in Chota Shimla (almost 15 min walk from Mall Road), then this is your place to go. Pros- Great Food Quality, Peaceful Location, Helpful Staff. Cons- Views from most rooms is not that good.

Very good”

It's a beautiful property but needs renovation. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is very ordinary and on the steep side . A little more attention is needed for the upkeep. The place has tremendous potential to be one of the most sought after hotels.

Wouldn’t recommend”

Brilliant facade and exteriors. Awful rooms in dire need of a full fledged overhaul. Cold and unwelcoming corridors that lead to rooms which could be best described as probably servant quarters during the era of the Raj! No central heat of course in a 1938 era palace! The heater takes up a corner of your already cramped quarters. Staff at least some of them are extremely helpful. You have to walk a good distance to get to anywhere worthwhile - say 25 minutes one way to Mall Road.

i have paid twice for the booking on Agoda however the hotel said the rooms are not available ”

then we have to pay another eleven thousand to book the upgraded room. we tried lot to reach agoda and no one responded to our calls

Didnot offer garden view room, despite booking of garden facing room”

The property refused to give garden view room despite my booking of the same. We were given backside room which didn't had any view but I had paid for the room with a view. Disappointing!!
